Terms of service

These terms apply to everestbuzz.com and to services from EverestBuzz Network LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Project work is also covered by a written agreement or invoice, which controls if there's a conflict.
Quotes and payment
Prices on this site may change. Project work usually requires a deposit before we start. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
Event tickets
Ticket, refund and cancellation terms are listed on each event's registration page.
Travel planning
We plan trips and recommend options. Airlines, hotels, tour operators and other travel companies provide the travel itself under their own terms, and you book with them directly unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to any text, photos, logos or music you give us to use.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final website content and deliverables we create for you, except third-party tools, templates and licensed assets, which stay under their own licenses.
Limits
Our services are provided as described in your agreement. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
